    After submitting your application, our team will review it carefully and evaluate how your experience matches the role.

  • First Interview

    In your first interview, you’ll be assessed on your basic fit and introduced to our team. Focus is on your background, ambitions, and basic technical/role-specific questions.

  • Technical Assessment

    In the assessment, you’ll do a deep dive into your technical skills or role expertise. Focus is on problem solving, technical knowledge and practical application.

  • Meet & Greet

    Get to know your future team and discuss how you will collaborate together. You'll also meet our leadership team members to understand our long-term vision.

  • Offer

    If it’s a match, we’ll send you a written offer with all key details, talk it through with you, and once you accept, we’ll start your onboarding!
