We have important news for you: Starting on April 1, we will participate in Hamburg's measures to optimize mobility appropriately during the Corona pandemic.
On behalf of the city, we will continue to maintain operations for night trips (midnight - 6 a.m.) and expand the service area to the entire city. This means that our service will be particularly helpful for people in system-relevant jobs whose shifts start or end at night.
During the day our service will unfortunately be temporarily suspended in Hamburg from 1 April 2020. In Hanover our service will be temporarily suspended completely.
Night trips in Hamburg from 1. April: You can book this special service via the MOIA app. In our current service area, you can enter and exit the MOIA at the existing virtual stops as you are used to. In the rest of the city, we will be using the HVV stops, among others.
If you are holding HVV commutation tickets, DB City Tickets or HVV single tickets (the latter at least for the greater area), the service is free of charge. The same applies to children under the age of 14 accompanying you. All other passengers pay €4 per trip.
In accordance with the contact restrictions and to protect your and our drivers’ safety, we reduce the pooling of passengers to a maximum of two individuals. If you book a trip for more than two people (e.g. for your family), no other passengers will be pooled. To protect our drivers’ health, the driver's cabin will be separated with foil. The vehicles are cleaned regularly during the operating hours, the drivers have additional disinfectant on board.
We will keep you informed about the latest developments, of course. We’d like to thank you for your loyalty and hope to make a valuable contribution to our city.
See you soon and please take good care of yourself!
Your MOIA Team
