Short Privacy Notice for the MOIA Testers’ Challenge
As part of the MOIA Testers’ Challenge (running from January 19 to January 30), personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the challenge and determining the winners.
For this purpose, the participant’s name or an internal identifier, as well as the number of test rides completed during the campaign period, will be processed. The data will be used exclusively to evaluate the challenge and to notify the three winners.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR. The data will be stored only for the duration of the challenge and its evaluation and will be deleted thereafter, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
