The Facebook Page you are visiting offers you the opportunity to respond to our posts, to comment on them, to create a user post yourself and to send us private messages. Our legitimate interest is providing a platform where we can present latest information and where you can send your requests to us. Your data will, as far as we are able to, be deleted when the Facebook Page is deactivated.

Right to information: You have the right to receive information about the processing of your personal data from us.
Right of rectification: You have the right to demand that we correct your incorrect or incomplete personal data.
Right to deletion: You have the right to demand the deletion of your data if the conditions specified in Art. 17 GDPR are fulfilled. For example, you may ask for the deletion of your data, if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In addition, you may request deletion, if we process your information based on your consent and you revoke this consent.
Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, if the conditions of Art. 18 GDPR are met. This is the case, for example, if you deny the accuracy of your data. For the duration of the verification, you can demand the restriction of the processing.
Right of objection: If the data processing is based on a legitimate interest or your data is used for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object to the processing of your data. In case of an objection, we kindly ask you to tell us the reasons for your objection.
Right to Data Portability: Where data processing is based on consent or contract performance, and this is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transfer it to another data controller.
Right of Withdrawal: If the data processing is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke the consent with effect for the future at any time free of charge.
Right to Complain: You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority (such as the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information) about the processing of your data.
